TECO MSC is the maintenance division of TECO Construction and Architecture JSC. We maintain, repair and renovate factories, warehouses, banks, schools, English centers, offices, homes, villas, hospitals and retail chains.

Every year our engineers and technicians handle more than 500 maintenance jobs: structure, finishes, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, waterproofing, upgrades and renovation. Clients include Apollo English, Vietbank, OCB, Khai Sang Corp, Horizon Bilingual International School, Obayashi, PNJ, VIA English, Baxter, JLL and Stanley Black & Decker.

TECO started as a design-and-build contractor with a Grade II capability certificate. Our engineers read the drawings, understand the structure and systems, and find the root cause before they assess, propose a fix and carry out the work with our own skilled crews, one for each trade.

Who we are

TECO Construction and Architecture JSC was founded on 25 March 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City and works in design, construction and maintenance. This website covers the maintenance division, branded TECO MSC; design and construction are at tecoarch.com.

Licences:

  • Grade II construction capability certificate no. HCM-00062710, issued by the HCMC Department of Construction, valid to 13 June 2034: design, design review and construction of civil and industrial buildings.
  • Business registration covering fire protection consulting, design and maintenance.

If maintenance turns up structural damage or a need to renovate, TECO carries on with the work. No second contractor needed.
